The secondary camp is open concept and 320 sf. in size. A garage/boat house present. A sm. laundry building and two storage sheds as well. Main camp is steps away from shore and the secondary camp isn't that much more. 100 feet of lake front. Good shore for launching/trailer. Deep lot on a year-round paved public road. The camps each have their own driveway. The address of the second camp is 760 West Rd. Relatively VERY private spot on Portage Lake. Property taxes just over 1,500/ yr. combined. Property has high speed internet and could be year-round with some upgrades. Cost of these upgrades are completely unknown. To be sold furnished, as-is.
